HERE'S WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT

By initiating your project request with YouByHarmony.com,
you agree to the following terms and conditions:

PROJECT TERMS

PAYMENTS

Websites: You agree to pay 50% of your invoice after viewing the website’s draft which will be presented at a 50% completion rate. The payment is due immediately and is required to move forward. Your second payment of the remaining balance will be due by the project deadline and is required before I transfer the website to you for full ownership. Additional Services: All payments are rendered prior to initiating services.

                 

RESPONSIVENESS

You agree to show up for meetings, and respond within the Taskade platform by submitting feedback, approval, requests, and/or files and information needed to complete your project within the deadline date. We reserve the right to terminate the contract in the event that you do not show up for more than two meetings or you do not submit files within the deadlines dates are agreed.

 

DEADLINE

To expedite our joint project, we will both have a completion deadline. The deadline is 10 days after you view the first website preview. Please be sure you can allow the time needed to complete the project within the deadline before you place your request. In the event that missed meetings, or unresponsiveness results in a missed deadline, you will be auto charged a $25/day fee for each additional day extended past the project deadline.

 


 

REVISIONS & REQUESTS DEADLINE

All revisions and requests made for this project must be made before the deadline. This project will be closed after the deadline. Any requests made after the deadline will require that you book a new contract and pay an hourly rate of $75/hour for revisions included within the original design limitations.

HOSTING

Your services do not include Web Hosting Services. You will need your own Wix account to launch your new website and purchase a hosting plan on your end.

 

 

COMMUNICATIONS

You agree to only use the Taskade platform for all communications, including text messages,  scheduled calls, file submission, requests, or comments.

 

SERVICE REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse services  that do not meet the standards or ethics of our brand and/or those which are intended as follows: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet (l) promote violence, racism, pornography or slander. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
